| Most buildings are designed
and constructed with Air Quality as an afterthought. Our
services help ensure that the air quality in a completed new
building is acceptable through our inspections, which start as
early as the initial stages of the construction project to the
completion of the exterior building envelope, and then following
through to the start-up of the air conveyance systems and
completion of the final phases of the construction project.

Although all buildings can benefit from
environmental commissioning, we specialize in construction or
renovation of Health Care Facilities including transplant and
cancer centers. |
| After we define the criteria of
cleanliness our patients require, we provide a continual
third-party presence on the project to identify and address any
possible sources of present or future contaminants (biological or
other). Because all buildings degrade over time, BIO-TEC's
environmental study will form the baseline for future data
comparison to the initial air quality to help avert degradation. |
